Memory and time are fluid spaces,

shaped by human presence and the traces we leave behind.

Through repetition, Gye-Hoon Park transforms time into material.

Each gesture becomes a trace, each trace an image —

an attempt to approach the essence of things.

Within this cycle of temporary intrusion and dissolution,

place and humanity, time and memory, continuously shape one another.

Herinnering en tijd zijn vloeibare ruimtes, gevormd door

menselijke aanwezigheid en de sporen die we achterlaten.

Door herhaling transformeert Gye-Hoon Park tijd in materie.

Elk gebaar wordt een spoor, elk spoor een beeld —

een poging om de essentie van de dingen te benaderen.

Binnen deze cyclus van tijdelijke intrusie en ontbinding vormen

plaats en mens, tijd en herinnering elkaar voortdurend.
